Candidate will be working closely with stakeholders, product managers, and development teams to
gather and analyze requirements, ensuring that our software products align with market demands and
user expectations.

Key Responsibilities
- Requirements Gathering - Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, document, and identify the prioritize, business requirements considering software product
- Market Research - Conduct market analysis to identify industry trends, competitive landscape, and inform or share to product team for better product strategy.
- Create detailed user stories and acceptance criteria to guide development teams in building effective software solutions.
- Analyze data to identify patterns and insights that drive project/product team and inform decision-making.
- Cross Functional Collaboration - Work closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, engineers, and QA teams to ensure alignment throughout the product development lifecycle.
- Stakeholder Communication - Facilitate effective communication between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring clarity on project goals and timelines.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of requirements, workflows, and processes to support knowledge sharing and project continuity.
- Assist in the development and execution of test plans to validate that software products meet defined requirements and quality standards.
- Must have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly to various audiences.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in software product development.
- Strong understanding of software development processes and methodologies (Agile, Scrum,
- etc.).
- Proficient in requirements gathering and user story creation.
- Familiarity with business analysis tools
- JIRA, Confluence,
- Draw.io – For creating a detailed user flow
- Balsamiq - For creating low-fidelity wireframes.
- Figma/Adobe XD
- Words/Excel/powerpoint
