Your responsibilities
- Proven proficiency in creating different documents like FSD, SRS, SOW, User Manuals, Technical KB to articulate business objectives and product support documents.
- Writing case studies and blogs highlighting projects and contributions to company websites.
- Active participation in client calls and presentations as needed.
- Researching to stay updated on industry knowledge relevant to assigned products/clients.
