Job Title: Business Analyst – Growth Strategy & E-Commerce

Job Summary:We are seeking a strategic and analytical Business Analyst to drive our company's growth through data-driven insights and e-commerce business planning. The ideal candidate will analyze market trends, customer behavior, and business performance to develop strategies that enhance revenue, optimize operations, and strengthen our digital presence.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities and competitive trends. Develop strategic business plans to improve company performance and scalability. Analyze customer behavior and e-commerce trends to enhance online sales and engagement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, IT, finance) to implement business strategies. Optimize e-commerce platforms for better user experience, conversion rates, and revenue growth. Monitor KPIs and financial metrics to assess business performance and recommend improvements. Identify technology solutions to streamline operations and enhance digital transformation. Prepare detailed reports and presentations for stakeholders and leadership teams. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and best practices in e-commerce.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or related field. Proven experience in business analysis, strategy development, and e-commerce operations. Strong analytical skills with expertise in data interpretation and financial modeling. Proficiency in business intelligence tools, CRM systems, and e-commerce platforms. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and drive innovation.
