Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards to support business decision-making.
• Translate business needs into technical specifications and reporting requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement data-driven solutions.
• Create and maintain documentation related to business processes, systems, and requirements.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of solutions.
• Manage and maintain databases, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and security.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing project priorities, timelines, and requirements without losing sight of overall project objectives
• Provide training and support to end-users on new solutions and processes.
  
  

Requirement

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience as a Business Analyst with a significant focus on Power BI.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders and present insights.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment..

A tertiary care hospital study published in JMIR , validated Dozee’s Early Warning System (EWS), showing it identified 97% of deteriorating patients, provided alerts ~19 hours in advance , and generated 5x fewer alerts, reducing alarm fatigue and improving patient outcomes.
