Overview

Key Responsibilities

Requirement Gathering & Story Writing

● Work closely with business and design teams to understand product needs and translate them into clear, detailed requirements.

● Write well-defined user stories with acceptance criteria, ensuring clarity for the engineering team.

Backlog & Sprint Management

● Refine the product backlog to align with business goals.

● Ensure requirements are properly groomed, with edge cases and dependencies

identified.

Agile Execution & Delivery

● Conduct daily standups, track sprint progress, and escalate risks when necessary.

● Collaborate with engineers to ensure smooth execution and unblock any roadblocks.

Quality & Stakeholder Communication

● Conduct high-level testing to ensure delivered features meet acceptance criteria and quality standards.

● Run product demos for stakeholders and gather feedback to improve the product.

Requirements (What We’re Looking For)

● Experience: 2+ years as a Product Owner / Business Analyst in an Agile

environment.

● Communication: Strong ability to translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements.

● Ownership: A proactive mindset with a strong sense of accountability for product quality and delivery.

● Technical Understanding: Comfortable working with engineering teams and understanding system constraints.

● Agile Methodologies: Experience in Scrum or Kanban, with hands-on involvement in backlog management, sprints, and standups.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹31,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
