We are hiring candidates with 2 to 4 year experience.

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our team. As a key link between the technical team and stakeholders, you will be responsible for gathering, analysing, and documenting business requirements, ensuring that our solutions align with customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
• Translate business needs into technical requirements for development teams.
• Analyse existing processes and propose improvements to enhance efficiency.
• Develop detailed business use cases, workflows, and wireframes.
• Conduct market research and feasibility studies for new IT services and solutions.
• Work closely with project managers, developers, and QA teams to ensure project success.
• Track project deliverables, timelines, and resources while ensuring alignment with business goals.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, Computer Science, or related fields.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in business process modeling tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart) and MS Office Suite.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies, including JIRA or Trello.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Hands-on experience with SQL and/or data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI is a plus.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
