
Overview
We are looking for Business Analysts who will work in product development for our lending vertical. The Analyst will liaison with product teams to understand the business requirements, prepare business requirement documentation and work with our internal team to develop and implement our proprietary solutions. Responsibilities
- The job would involve the following (but not restricted to):
- Risk Management systems/ solutions- Product / Application development support
- Understanding requirements, preparing the Business requirement document and coordinate with internal teams to facilitate product development
- Project management of complete project cycle
- Internal & external stakeholders management
- Market Analysis : Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities, trends, and challenges to launch new product for rural households.
- Portfolio Analytics :
- Deep dive into different parameters that effect overall health of loan portfolio
- Define a correlation of the parameters with delinquency.
- Prepare dash board and define actionable
- Monitor and track branch triggers
- Prepare dashboards for business reviews and identify gaps in implementation at branch level
- Prepare and implement incentive policy for driving business through branches
- Cross sell :
- Identify cross sell opportunity and define rule engine for the same.
- Automation of the rule engine
- Daily Monitoring and tracking of the eligible leads through automated dashboard
- Preparing and training of sales force on sales pitch
- Documentation and Training :
- Create and maintain technical documentation, user guides, and training materials to facilitate knowledge transfer, improve user proficiency, and promote self-service support.
Skills
- Essential:
- Experienced professional in the area of Credit Risk Assessment/ Credit Lending/ Retail Lending/ Credit rating models
- Hands-on experience of the implementation or development of a Loan origination system or a Credit Rating/Scoring engine
- Corporate credit/ Retail Credit knowledge & experience
- Experience in the development & implementation of risk management products/ solutions/ systems (full SDLC)
- Good understanding of Financial software systems
- Project management and liaison skills / Stakeholder management
- Prowess in documenting business requirement specifications, and excellent communication skills to manage senior management presentations
- Good to Have:
- Exposure on the digital lending channels in BFSI sector
- Prior experience in BFSI organisations
- Relevant certifications such as FRM, CFA, PRM Experience in development/implementation of mobile banking/digital lending apps
Qualifications Business Management Post Graduate, preferably in Finance specialisation (MBA or equivalent) with graduation in Engineering (Computers/ IT) At-least 3 years of work experience. Techno – Functional expertise as per above criteria
