Job Title: Business Analyst

What We Are Looking for:
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our software development team. As a Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality software products.
Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Requirement Elicitation and Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements. Conduct thorough research to understand industry trends and best practices.
2. Documentation and Communication: Create comprehensive requirement documents, user stories, and process flows. Facilitate effective communication between business stakeholders and the development team to ensure a clear understanding of project objectives.
3. Feasibility Studies: Assess the feasibility of proposed solutions and provide recommendations based on cost-benefit analysis, technical constraints, and business priorities.
4. Data Analysis: Work closely with data teams to analyze and validate data requirements, ensuring accurate and relevant information is available for decision-making.
5. User Acceptance Testing (UAT): Collaborate with QA teams and business users to define test scenarios and validate that delivered solutions meet business requirements.
6. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization within the software development life cycle. Propose and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
7. Project Management Support: Assist in project planning, tracking, and reporting. Ensure that projects are delivered on time and within scope, addressing any deviations or issues promptly.
8. Risk Management: Proactively identify and mitigate potential risks related to requirements and project scope. Work with cross-functional teams to develop contingency plans.
9. Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with business stakeholders, understanding their needs, and ensuring that their perspectives are considered throughout the development process.
10. Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users during the implementation phase. Address any user concerns and ensure a smooth transition to the new software solutions.
Qualifications: -
· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
· 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in software development projects.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
· Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
