Overview

Job Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Business Analyst with 3 to 4 years of experience in the IT industry. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and the technical team, gathering requirements, analyzing business processes, and ensuring solutions meet business goals.

Role + Responsibilities:

• Requirement Gathering & Analysis Ability to understand client needs, gather requirements, and document them effectively.
• Solution Design & Proposal: Crafting tailored solutions based on client requirements and presenting them convincingly.
• Technical Understanding Strong grasp of technology, systems, and software solutions to align client needs with the right products.
• Market & Industry Knowledge Awareness of industry trends and competitors to offer valuable insights during the sales process.
• Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Proficiency in CRM tools to manage leads, client interactions, and follow-ups efficiently.
• Communication & Presentation Skills Clear verbal and written communication, along with strong presentation skills to engage clients and stakeholders.
• Problem-Solving & Analytical Thinking Ability to assess problems, analyze options, and provide actionable solutions.
• Stakeholder Management Managing expectations and relationships with clients, internal teams, and stakeholders.
• Project Management Overseeing project timelines, resources, and deliverables, ensuring projects stay on track.
• Documentation & Reporting Creating clear, concise documentation like business requirements documents (BRD), functional specifications, and user stories.
• Sales Enablement & Support Assisting sales teams with technical expertise, product demos, and proposal creation.
• Process Improvement Identifying inefficiencies and suggesting improvements in business processes.
• Customer Success Management (Post-Sales) Ensuring clients derive value from the solution, leading to renewals and upsells.
• Training & Knowledge Transfer Conducting training sessions for clients to ensure smooth adoption of the solution.
• Risk Management Identifying potential risks in projects or implementations and planning mitigation strategies.
• Change Management Guiding clients through the adoption of new processes or systems and managing resistance.
• Adaptability & Flexibility Adapting to changing client needs, project scope, and market conditions.
• Emotional Intelligence Understanding client emotions and motivations to build rapport and trust.

Person Specification and Qualifications:

• BE (computer science, Computer, IT), BCA, MCA, BSC, MSC (IT), BBA (Marketing), MBA (Marketing) or equivalent pass out can apply.
• Minimum of 3 to 4 years of experience with Business Analyst with It service and product base experience can be considered.
• Strong problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail and the ability to troubleshoot advanced technical issues.
• Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
• Immediate joiner will be preferable.
• Gujarat State level candidate will be preferable.
• Experience working as a Business Analyst on mobile and/or web applications.
• Familiarity with APIs, microservices, and system integration concepts.
• Experience using diagramming tools like Lucidchart, Draw.io, or Visio.
• Proficient in writing user stories and documenting business requirements.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA and Confluence.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹45,000.00 per month
