Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements.
  
• Conduct in-depth analysis to identify business problems, opportunities, and solutions.
  
• Develop detailed Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and Functional Requirement Documents (FRD).
  
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings, workshops, and presentations to gather insights.
  
• Support product development teams in defining user stories, workflows, and process models.
  
• Assist in developing and executing test cases, user acceptance testing (UAT), and post-implementation support.
  
• Work closely with IT teams to ensure successful implementation of technical solutions.
  
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and internal policies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 
  Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in EdTech domain.
  
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  
• Proficiency in business analysis tools such as JIRA.
  
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
  
• Experience working with Agile methodologies.
  
• Knowledge of data analysis, reporting tools, and process modelling.
  
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
