Job Summary:

We are looking for a Business Analyst with 2 to 4 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for gathering and analyzing business requirements, facilitating communication between stakeholders, and contributing to the development of business solutions. The role requires strong analytical skills, effective communication, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements.
• Develop Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), and User Stories to support project execution.
• Conduct business process analysis, gap analysis, and workflow modeling to optimize business operations.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, Product, and Business Units, to ensure seamless project execution.
• Assist in wireframing, prototyping, and UI/UX discussions using tools like Balsamiq, Figma, or Axure.
• Support data analysis, reporting, and dashboard creation using tools such as Excel, SQL, Power BI, or Tableau.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning, backlog refinement, and product development discussions.
• Identify and document risks, issues, and process improvement opportunities.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, developers, and testers to bridge the gap between business needs and technical implementation.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 2 to 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of business analysis methodologies and experience with requirements gathering & documentation.
• Hands-on experience with process modeling techniques (BPMN, flowcharts, etc.).
• Proficiency in MS Excel, SQL, Power BI, or Tableau for data analysis and reporting.
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment and familiarity with tools like JIRA or Trello.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey technical and business concepts effectively.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical thinking, and attention to detail.
• Experience in facilitating UAT, stakeholder meetings, and workshops.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have):

• Experience with wireframing and prototyping tools (Balsamiq, Figma, Axure).
• Basic understanding of SQL queries and database concepts.
