Roles And Responsibilities
Customer Success:
- Participate in new customer onboarding by gathering data, configuring the software.
- Address customer queries and issues, ensuring effective and efficient product usage.
- Ensure customer satisfaction, increase software adoption, and identify opportunities for upselling to reduce churn.
- Gather, document, and prioritize business requirements through collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
- Translate requirements into detailed BRDs, functional specifications, and user acceptance scenarios.
- Work closely with the Product and Development teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet customer needs.
- Configure the software during onboarding to align with customer requirements.
- Provide insights on functional usability, technical design, and feature optimization to improve customer experience.
- Graduate in Commerce, or any relevant degree.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and other office tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Any Additional relevant certification is a plus
