Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst with 8 to 10 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Model N Oracle Oracle Golden Gate Oracle DB Admin and Oracle DataGuard. This hybrid role requires a deep understanding of business processes and technical skills to drive impactful solutions. The position operates during day shifts and does not require travel.

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst with 8 to 10 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Model N Oracle Oracle Golden Gate Oracle DB Admin and Oracle DataGuard. This hybrid role requires a deep understanding of business processes and technical skills to drive impactful solutions. The position operates during day shifts and does not require travel.
Responsibilities
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide effective solutions.
- Utilize Model N to manage revenue and compliance processes.
- Implement and maintain Oracle databases to ensure data integrity and security.
- Use Oracle Golden Gate for data replication and integration.
- Administer Oracle databases including performance tuning and troubleshooting.
- Ensure high availability and disaster recovery using Oracle DataGuard.
- Develop and maintain documentation for business processes and technical configurations.
- Provide training and support to end-users on new systems and processes.
- Conduct regular system audits to ensure compliance with company policies.
- Work closely with development teams to ensure seamless integration of new features.
- Monitor system performance and recommend improvements.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive innovation.
- Possess a strong understanding of Model N for revenue management.
- Have extensive experience with Oracle database administration.
- Demonstrate proficiency in Oracle Golden Gate for data integration.
- Show expertise in Oracle DataGuard for disaster recovery.
- Exhibit excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Be able to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
- Display a proactive approach to learning and adapting to new technologies.
- Have a proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions.
- Be detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Show commitment to continuous improvement and professional development.
- Hold a relevant certification such as Oracle Certified Professional.
