Role Description

This is a full-time 6 days WFO on-site role for an Associate Strategy and Operations at Village Company, located in Greater Noida. The associate will be responsible for day-to-day operations, implementing strategies, and ensuring smooth functioning of the company's processes.

Business Operations – On-ground training in orders management, accounts reconciliation, inventory planning

Customer Experience – Create 10-star customer experience in every touchpoint

Stakeholder relations – Build and nurture long-term business partnerships for hyper-growth

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹144,000.00 - ₹240,000.00 per year
