Business Analyst

Overview

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst to evaluate business processes, identify areas for improvement, and support data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze data, and recommend actionable solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather and document business requirements through meetings and research.
• Analyze processes, workflows, and data to identify trends, issues, and improvement opportunities.
• Develop business models, dashboards, and performance reports.
• Work with cross-functional teams to support implementation of business solutions.
• Translate business needs into technical specifications for IT teams.
• Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with business goals.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis when needed.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, IT, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
• Experience with SQL or business process modeling is a plus.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year
