Role Overview

We are hiring a Business Analyst who thrives at the intersection of clarity, execution, and customer success. In this role, you will own requirements gathering, lead internal project management from definition to release, and engage directly with customers to ensure product outcomes match real-world needs. You will work closely with the Product Design Group and serve as a key connector across engineering, UX, QA, and customer-facing teams.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements Gathering

• Lead discovery sessions with internal stakeholders and external users.
• Translate business objectives into detailed user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
• Maintain documentation in platforms like Jira, Confluence, Figma, or Notion.

Internal Project Management

• Manage product and feature development from intake to go-live.
• Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and release reviews.
• Identify blockers early, escalate risks, and drive resolution with urgency and clarity.

Customer Engagement

• Serve as the voice of the customer within product design discussions.
• Conduct interviews, gather feedback, and drive UAT sessions to validate features pre-release.
• Ensure alignment between promised outcomes and delivered capabilities.

Customer Satisfaction >4.5/5 CSAT score for business context clarity and delivery consistency

Collaboration Score - Positive feedback from cross-functional teams and stakeholder surveys

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in Business Analysis, Product Operations, or Technical Project Management.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, Miro, Tableau, and Figma.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field (MBA or PMP is a plus).

Pay: ₹392,047.94 - ₹1,036,699.67 per year
