About the Role:

We are looking for a Business Analyst with 6 months to 1 year of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions. This role involves gathering requirements, analyzing business processes, and assisting in project execution to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.
✅ Document functional and non-functional requirements clearly.
✅ Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify business trends.
✅ Collaborate with development, sales, and marketing teams to improve business processes.
✅ Assist in creating wireframes, flowcharts, and process models.
✅ Identify areas of improvement and suggest data-driven solutions.
✅ Prepare reports, presentations, and data insights for decision-making.
✅ Ensure timely communication between clients and internal teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

✔ Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
✔ 6 months to 1 year of experience as a Business Analyst / Pre-sales Analyst / Associate BA.
✔ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
✔ Good understanding of business process modeling, data analysis, and requirement gathering.
✔ Proficiency in tools like MS Excel, JIRA, Trello, or any project management tool.
✔ Basic knowledge of SQL, Power BI, or other data visualization tools (preferred).
✔ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
