Summary: As a Business Analyst, you will analyze an organization and design its processes and systems, assessing the business model and its integration with technology. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to understand their needs, conducting thorough research, and synthesizing information to propose effective business solutions that align with organizational goals. You will also assess the current state of operations and identify areas for improvement, ensuring that the proposed future state meets customer requirements and enhances overall efficiency. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and feedback from stakeholders. - Document business processes and create detailed specifications for system enhancements. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Guidewire ClaimCenter BA. - Strong analytical skills to assess business processes and identify areas for improvement. - Experience in requirements gathering and documentation. - Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Familiarity with business process modeling techniques. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Guidewire ClaimCenter BA. - This position is based at our Nagpur office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
