We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst who is passionate about turning data into actionable insights and driving business value. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in requirement gathering, data analysis, and stakeholder management, along with solid SQL skills and hands-on experience using Power BI or Tableau for data visualization.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, document, and analyze business and functional requirements from stakeholders.
  
• Perform in-depth data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities.
  
• Design and build interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI or Tableau.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Data, and Engineering to translate requirements into actionable insights.
  
• Ensure data integrity and maintain high accuracy in reporting outputs.
  
• Support in defining KPIs, business metrics, and performance monitoring frameworks.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 4–6 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Data Analyst.
  
• Strong proficiency in SQL for querying, analysis, and reporting.
  
• Hands-on experience with Power BI or Tableau.
  
• Excellent skills in requirement gathering, documentation, and stakeholder communication.
  
• Ability to translate business questions into technical data requirements.
  
• Prior experience working in product-based or analytical environments is preferred.
  

Good to Have

• Knowledge of data modeling concepts and ETL processes.
  
• Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).
  
• Basic understanding of Python or Excel macros for data automation (optional).
