Business Analyst

Job Profile:-

We are looking for Business Analyst rockstars who will be responsible for successful delivery and execution of a project. You will have an opportunity to consult on real life business cases from some of the most renowned enterprises in India and Abroad and work at scale. You will act as our Product evangelist working closely with our Product and Project teams to innovate and deliver some of the best solutions in the market.

This role requires you to have good management and consulting skills, and also thinking out of the box while developing a deep understanding of the technology, tools and resources available to come up with innovative solutions while using best possible methods to implement them.

Key Attributes you need to possess: -

● Leader with great decision maker skills- You should be able to drive the project vision and motivate the team to deliver success

● Communication Skills- You should be able to connect and communicate with all stakeholders fluently and effectively. Someone who is practivate in communication and can clearly communicate the project goals, ideas, plans, responsibilities, expectations and feedback in a timely manner.

● Management Skills- You should have a trait for multitasking and possessing great managerial skills whereby you use the right tools and planning to ensure smooth delivery of the projects

● Deep Technology Know-how - You need to have a passion to understand the technology involved in great detail where you are always motivated to research and learn more about the technology which then becomes your backbone to openly think, manage and deliver the project successfully.

● Problem-solving skills- Ability to think out the box and come up with creative and simple solutions to solve problems at all stages of a project. A go to person for all stakeholders for all

kinds of solutions. Being able to think on your feet and address disputes / problems is key to ensure the project is completed in an efficient and timely manner.

● Business Acumen- Should have a great eye for Business details as the product build will be exposed to millions of clients on-brand digital assets hence giving you exposure for handling a large user base in a live environment.

● Delegation skills- You should have an ability to access the skills of your team and assign tasks based on these skills. Effective delegation also requires you to trust your team members to fulfill their duties and also allows you to avoid micromanaging them

Typical work week look like:-

● Setup process and implement industry best practices into the company for project management and related processes

● Brainstorming ideas and solutions to be implemented.

● Coordinating and fostering teamwork between all project stakeholders

● Establishing and preparing formal reports and project trackers for stakeholders

● Perform risk management to minimize project risks

● To act as the first point of contact for clients

● To create a project plan with details and illustrations to identify the flow of activities needed in order to successfully conclude a project

● Assign, schedule and review the project at regular intervals to analyze its progress in terms of quality guidelines and time constraints

● Identify, track, monitor and communicate project related issues and other variances, scope changes, contingencies that may crop up while implementation of ideas

● Assemble project scope and maintain projects related documentations

● Maintain solid communication and foster good working relationships with the client and the team

Our ideal candidate should have:-

● 2-3 Years of work experience in project management in an organization.

● A solid grounding in management and consulting skills, good communication and problem solving skills and also have a knack to understand Technology Know-how quickly

● Budget planning and management of project
