About the Job:

MaxIQ is looking for an adept and experienced Business Analyst to join our team. The Business Analyst will be responsible for analysing, defining, and documenting business requirements, transforming them into detailed PRDs & user stories. This role involves working closely with engineering, designers, product leads & founder to ensure seamless delivery of features. you should have excellent documentation, communication & analytical skills, passion for accelerating progress, ensuring quality, and creating an outstanding product.

Key Responsibilities:

- Understand customer and product needs. Translate these insights into detailed BRD, PRD & user stories.

- Ensure excellent collaboration across engineers, designers, and product leads, address queries promptly, making sure all requirements and goals are met for a seamless delivery.

- Building & managing product roadmaps, releases & sprints. Analyse existing processes, recommend improvements, and provide data-driven insights and recommendations.

- Drive analytics and/or reporting aspects of our SaaS product

- Collaborate with Founders and Product Owners to execute product strategy, achieve quarterly goals, and track key success metrics. Report on successes and challenges.

Requirements:

- Minimum 4 years of work experience in business analysis or a related role.

- Excellent communication skills to effectively engage a global audience and translate ambiguity into clear plans.

- Solid understanding of modern platforms, frameworks, APIs, scalability issues, and performance considerations.

- Proficient in data analysis and software engineering to facilitate effective communication with the engineering team.

- Exceptional prioritization skills and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

- A strong team player with the ability to foster cross-team partnerships and strategic alignment. Capable of influencing without direct authority.

- Previous experience managing platform products within a SaaS organisation is preferred.

- Preferred experience with B2B, Sales tech and/or AI products is a plus.
