We're looking for a Business Analyst to join our Product & Strategy team. You'll bridge business needs and tech solutions by driving requirement analysis, client communication, proposal building, and competitive research for SaaS and HR Tech products.

Key responsibilities:

1. Gather and document business requirements (BRD, FRD, user stories)
2. Coordinate and summarize client/internal meetings
3. Conduct competitive and market analysis for product benchmarking
4. Support proposal and RFP documentation
5. Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Operations teams for delivery

Skills required:

MS-PowerPoint, Analytical Thinking, MS-Excel, Business Analysis, English Proficiency (Spoken), Jira and Confluence

Other Requirements:

1. 1–3 years of experience in Business Analysis/Pre-Sales/Product roles

2. Strong communication, documentation, and analytical skills

3. Working knowledge of tools like JIRA, Confluence, Excel, and PowerPoint

4. Experience in HR workflows and proposal writing

5. Familiarity with SaaS or HR Tech environments

6. Candidates who are between roles will be required to go through an internship period, the tenure of which will be based on the candidate’s potential.
