Overview

Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled candidate

· having sound knowledge of the Liabilities processes of Banks (SA, CA, TD = FD & RD). Knowledge of Assets would be an added advantage.

· having an eye for detail

· having excellent communication skills

· having excellent documentation skills

· having working knowledge of JIRA

· having working knowledge of Postman

This is a high-impact, hands-on role that demands functional expertise, leadership, and a product-driven mindset. You will work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment to build scalable backend systems that power modern fintech applications.

Key Responsibilities

· Interact with Customer and analyze the requirements

· Envisage functional solutions

· Identify source and target systems

· Test & Verify integrations

· Document the understanding

· Get sign-offs

· Manage the project management process for requirements

· Followups and escalations to internal teams in case of delays

· Validate the issues against functional signed off requirements

· Support technical team during functional testing

Technical Requirements

· Ability to manage requirements and sign-offs in JIRA

· API integration testing using Postman

Preferred (Good-to-Have) Technologies

· A functional wiz having strong Banking experience in Liabilities section.

· A strong team player who believes in collaborative innovation and continuous learning.

· A good listener and having an eye/ear for detail.

· Strong communicator with the ability to be a bridge between the functional and technical teams.

· Passionate about creating products that are developer-centric and built for scale.

· Agile mindset – comfortable navigating ambiguity and fast iterations.

Educational Qualifications

· No restriction in educational degree but experience in Banking a must. Either as Banker or Vendor resource in BA / Testing roles.
