Overview
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst with expertise in creating Business Requirements Documents (BRD) and Functional Requirements Documents (FRD), as well as experience in client interactions and driving conversions. The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders, clients, and internal teams to gather and document requirements, while also participating in client calls to ensure alignment and help convert business needs into actionable projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders, clients, and subject matter experts (SMEs) to collect, analyze, and translate business needs into clear requirements.
Documentation: Develop comprehensive Business Requirements Documents (BRD) and Functional Requirements Documents (FRD), detailing the project scope, objectives, and functional specifications.
Client Calls & Communication: Lead and participate in client calls to discuss requirements, clarify project needs, and address concerns. Ensure all client inputs are reflected accurately in the BRD and FRD.
Client Conversion: Work closely with sales or account management teams to help convert client discussions into actionable projects by clearly defining requirements and showcasing alignment between client needs and project solutions.
Business Process Analysis: Analyze business processes to identify opportunities for improvements and document them for stakeholders.
Gap Analysis: Identify and document gaps between current system capabilities and business needs, and propose effective solutions.
Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a liaison between clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure smooth communication and agreement on project requirements.
Validation: Collaborate with QA and development teams to validate that the solution meets both business and functional requirements.
Change Management: Manage and document changes to the requirements throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring all updates are communicated to relevant parties.
Project Support: Assist in prioritizing requirements, managing timelines, and ensuring timely delivery of BRD and FRD documents.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field.
Proven experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on BRD, FRD, client interaction, and project conversion.
Strong documentation skills and experience in requirement gathering and analysis.
Excellent client-facing communication skills, with the ability to lead calls and build relationships with clients.
Experience in helping convert client discussions into concrete projects.
Proficient in tools like Microsoft Office, Visio, Jira, or other project management/documentation tools.
Strong business acumen and ability to analyze complex business processes.
Ability to translate business needs into actionable functional requirements.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
