Primary Responsibilities
- Analyze, review, forecast and trend complex data, reviewing the analysis and interpretation of others' work
- Develop and implement effective/strategic business solutions through research and analysis of data and business process
- Support short- and long-term operational/strategic business activities through analysi
- Analyze client requirements and complex business scenarios
- Design innovative, analytical, and fully automated products and solution
- Act as BI Developer to execute key projects and deliverable
- Ensure high quality and flawless execution of product
- Provide consulting to teammates, leaders, and client
- Support short- and long-term operational/strategic business activities through analysis
- Develop, recommend, and implement business solutions through research and analysis of data and business processes
- Coordinate, produce, and partner with business partners to support scheduled operational reports relating to the development and performance of products, processes, and technologies
- Stakeholders management: Know your stakeholders, able to collaborate independently to capture requirements and deliver expected outputs (Self and Team). Able to provide regular update to stakeholders (Internal and external both
- Documentation: Should have strong documentation skills required for understanding and gathering Business requirement
- Focused on the task given and able to complete with accuracy within the TAT while having attention to detail
Shift Timings: Day/Evening (comfortable working in shifts basis the client requirement
Shift Timings : 3:30 PM - 1:00 AM
These resources will be supporting business for the following type of dashboard:
- Executive
- Operational
- Product KPI
- Dashboard and Materials Client
- Contractual and Regulatory Reporting

Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- Hands-on experience of 12+ years of experience in Advance SQL
- 8+ years of experience in business or financial analysis using MS Excel, VBA (Advance Excel)
- 5+ years of experience in BI Tools Power BI
- 4+ years of experience in Snowflake
- 4+ years of experience in business/finance including analysis experience with a solid understanding of data storage structures
- Experience in analysis of business processes and workflows, and providing evaluations, benchmarks, and/or process improvement recommendations
- VBA (Application of Loops, functions, Declaration of variables, Record macro and edit, writing codes) experience
- Business intelligence tools (Power BI/ Tableau) to create visualization from given dataset experience
- Working knowledge of relational databases, database structures; Advance SQL (Able to write SQL queries to fetch data from server, dynamic/nested queries, Joins, able to create tables, views)
- Advance Excel (Expert in formulas, Pivot tables, Charts, Power Query)
- Proven solid verbal and written Communication Skills
- Proven self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and in a team environment
- Proven Data analytical skills: Proven expert in dealing with large datasets with ease and callout inferences/queries in desired format (Covering regular + Adhoc reports)Power point
- Proven ability to create decks for leadership, Status update on projects or given tasks and teams performance.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Health Administration or related field
- Knowledge on Azure Fundamentals or Python
- Knowledge on DBT
