Role Title: Business Analyst – Lending
Experience: 6–9 Years
Location: Bangalore
Domain: BFSI / Lending

Role Overview**

We are seeking a Business Analyst – Lending with strong domain expertise in loan processing systems. The candidate will work closely with business users and technology teams to support and enhance lending platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for lending systems

Work on Loan Origination System (LOS) and Loan Management System (LMS)

Translate business rules into system requirements and workflows

Collaborate with technical teams to support development and implementation

Support UAT, defect triage, and production rollouts

Ensure solutions align with regulatory and BFSI standards

Required Skills & Experience

6–9 years of experience as a Business Analyst in Lending domain

Strong knowledge of LMS, LOS, and end-to-end loan lifecycle

BFSI domain expertise

Experience with Business Rules Engine (BRE)

Strong understanding of Agile methodologies

Excellent documentation and stakeholder management skills

Preferred

Experience working with banks or NBFCs

Exposure to digital lending platforms
