Business Analyst (Night Shift)(US Shift)

Job Description

Sourcemash Technology is seeking a proactive and experienced Business Analyst to join our team for the night shift. This position is ideal for professionals with strong communication and documentation skills, who enjoy working with international clients and can drive projects to success through collaboration and strategic thinking.

Key Responsibilities

Client Communication:

- Interact with international clients to gather and understand business requirements.

- Translate client needs into clear functional and technical documentation.

- Participate in late-night meetings aligned with client time zones.

Documentation:

- Create and maintain high-quality documentation including:

-Business Requirement Document (BRD)

-Functional Requirement Document (FRD)

-Software Requirement Specification (SRS)

User Stories and Use Cases

-Project Tools & Methodologies:

-Use tools like JIRA for task and sprint management.

-Apply Agile methodology in requirement gathering and team coordination.

-Create wireframes and process flows to support development and design teams.

Team Collaboration & Leadership:

-Coordinate effectively with development, QA, and design teams.

-Lead and manage team activities independently.

-Monitor project progress and resolve potential bottlenecks.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.

- 3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Prior experience working with international clients.

- Availability for night shifts and client meetings during non-standard hours.

Preferred Skills

-Experience with tools such as Confluence, Balsamiq, Figma.

-Background in software development or quality assurance is a plus.
