About the role: Working in a dynamic environment, you will be responsible for automating dashboards, monitoring key success metrics, managing WBR reports, identifying problem areas and business challenges and collaboratively shaping solutions to help optimize and improve the e-pharmacy business. The successful candidate has a passion for extracting actionable insights from data. The candidate needs to innovate, and quickly become a subject matter expert to assess business performance in Amazon e-pharmacy business. The candidate should have significant experience working with automation, analyzing data, identifying trends, extracting conclusions, and presenting findings in a simple and clear manner using data across various data marts, and align focus on Amazon’s strategic needs. The candidate should enjoy problem solving, conducting Root Cause analysis and should be proficient in SQL, Excel, and Visualization tools Quicksight . Key job responsibilities 1. Data analysis by writing ETL queries in SQL/Datanet platforms 2. Highly proficient with MS Excel 3. Enabling effective decision making by retrieving and aggregating data from multiple sources and compiling it into a digestible and actionable format 4. Analyzing and solving business problems with focus on understanding root causes and driving forward-looking opportunities 5. Designing new metrics and enhance existing metrics to support the future state of business processes and ensure sustainability 6. Communicating complex analysis and insights to stakeholders and business leaders, both verbally and in writing. 7.
