About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Business Analyst – Post Sales with 1.5 to 2 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in analyzing post-sales data, improving customer satisfaction, and supporting internal teams with actionable insights. This role demands strong communication skills, a problem-solving mindset, and the ability to collaborate across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze post-sales processes and customer data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
• Work closely with Sales, Customer Support, and Operations to ensure seamless post-sales experiences.
• Create and maintain reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics.
• Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders.
• Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
• Support internal teams with insights and documentation to drive informed decision-making.
• Assist in developing training materials, SOPs, and customer feedback loops.

Requirements:

• 1.5 to 2 years of experience in a Business Analyst role, preferably in a post-sales or customer-facing function.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills – both written and verbal.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Immediate joiner preferred.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with CRM tools like Salesforce, Zoho, or HubSpot.
• Familiarity with customer journey mapping or customer success metrics.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
