Business Analyst(Pre Sales)

Overview

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively identify and connect with potential clients in the UAE market, understanding regional business needs, and tailoring pitches accordingly.
• Independently generate leads through cold calling, emailing, LinkedIn outreach, and networking events.
• Present and pitch company services related to AWS, Azure, and DevOps to potential customers using prepared scripts and customized solutions.
• Answer incoming calls and provide detailed information on our cloud solutions and services in a clear, professional manner.
• Understand customer pain points and business goals to recommend suitable technical solutions.
• Convert leads into paying customers, manage the entire pre-sales cycle, and ensure a smooth handover to the technical team.
• Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and provide accurate, helpful responses.
• Maintain accurate and secure records of all customer interactions, sales activities, and transactions.
• Regularly update and manage the CRM with fresh leads, follow-ups, and progress updates.
• Stay updated on UAE cloud adoption trends, competitors, and customer preferences to position our services effectively.
• Follow all internal procedures for data handling, call recording, and customer communications.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 6 months – 2 years in a sales, pre-sales, or business analysis role in IT/cloud/web hosting.
• Knowledge of AWS, Azure, and DevOps tools, services, and best practices.
• Experience working with or pitching to clients in the UAE market is mandatory.
• Strong ability to prospect, pitch, and close deals independently.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; confident in client-facing scenarios.
• Capable of quickly understanding client needs and aligning them with service offerings.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,924.51 - ₹35,964.94 per month
