
Overview
Duties & Responsibilities
- Mastery of Sr Business Analyst activities.
- Collaborates with internal stakeholders, product managers and developers to gather product requirements. Will work more directly with customers and have more domain knowledge.
- Writes business and customer requirements, including scope, priorities and acceptance criteria.
- Is an evangelist for Epicor at internal and outside events.
- Introduces new functional requirements and non-functional requirements.
- Writes specifications for new modules.
- Facilitates viability and cost of solution options with Product Management.
- Presents or completes customer demonstrations.
- Responsible for improvement of internal processes.
- Provides training and leadership to other Business Analysts.
- Performs demonstrations of sprint reviews.
- Builds out project plans and timelines for C-level Product leadership.
- Works with multiple scrum teams on more complex projects and oversees the work of junior level Business Analysts.

- Distribution/Manufacturing Domain expertise.
- Excellent written oral and communication skills.
- Experienced in negotiations to drive results.
- Ability to propose and implement new ideas.
- Ability to lead a team to meet deadlines (technical and time management) Customer service skills.
- Ability to lead and mentor others.
- Analytical thinking and creative problem-solving skills.

Qualifications
- 10+ years progressive experience and demonstrated success/knowledge.
- 5+ years of experience in Distribution/Manufacturing ERP development.
- Bachelor’s degree Engineering (or equivalent experience).
