Business Analyst, Principal

Duties & Responsibilities

• Mastery of Sr Business Analyst activities.
• Collaborates with internal stakeholders, product managers and developers to gather product requirements. Will work more directly with customers and have more domain knowledge.
• Writes business and customer requirements, including scope, priorities and acceptance criteria.
• Is an evangelist for Epicor at internal and outside events.
• Introduces new functional requirements and non-functional requirements.
• Writes specifications for new modules.
• Facilitates viability and cost of solution options with Product Management.
• Presents or completes customer demonstrations.
• Responsible for improvement of internal processes.
• Provides training and leadership to other Business Analysts.
• Performs demonstrations of sprint reviews.
• Builds out project plans and timelines for C-level Product leadership.
• Works with multiple scrum teams on more complex projects and oversees the work of junior level Business Analysts.

Qualifications

• 10+ years progressive experience and demonstrated success/knowledge.
• 5+ years of experience in Distribution/Manufacturing ERP development.
• Bachelor’s degree Engineering (or equivalent experience).
