Business Development Executive / Business Analyst- Internship

Job Description:

We are seeking an energetic and motivated Business Development Associate to help drive our sales efforts and support business growth. In this role, you will attract new clients, build and maintain strong relationships with them, and explore new business opportunities. Responsibilities include conducting market research, developing business strategies, managing projects, and collaborating with various departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand and align with the company’s vision and mission, working towards set goals and objectives.
• Conduct market research to identify new client opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams to implement growth strategies.
• Develop sales strategies, client service and retention plans, and analyze sales data to refine marketing efforts.
• Assist in drafting business plans, sales pitches, presentations, and other essential documents.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring all deadlines are met.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships.
• Engage effectively with various levels of management, staff, and clients using strong interpersonal skills.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Strong interest in business development, sales, and marketing.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to tasks and responsibilities.

Job Types: Full-time, Internship
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: Up to ₹10,000.00 per month
