Overview
As a Business Intelligence Analyst at Zywave, you will play a crucial role in transforming data into actionable insights that support strategic initiatives and enhance our product offerings. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for leverage data to drive business decisions.
What you will do:
- Develop and maintain BI dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and provide analytical support.
- Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns and opportunities for improvement.
- Monitor and optimize BI tools and systems to ensure efficient data processing and reporting.
- Translate complex data into actionable insights and recommendations.
What you should bring:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Statistics or related field.
- 3+ years' experience in business intelligence and analytics
- Proficiency in BI tools such as Snowflake, Tableau, PowerBI, etc.
- Ability to communicate complex data insights in a clear and concise manner.
- Experience with SaaS products and understanding of SaaS business models is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
