- We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Level II B2B Marketing Analyst to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in driving our business's marketing strategies through insightful analysis and data-driven decisions. The ideal candidate will be an expert in utilizing PowerBI, Snowflake, various Microsoft tools, ETL tools, and programming languages to analyze complex datasets, improve marketing outcomes, and contribute to strategic planning. You will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and improving advanced data models, executing data pipeline automation, and providing actionable insights to stakeholders. Your passion and curiosity for new and better ways to optimize our data pipelines and processes will be the foundation to your and the team’s success.
- Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Develop, maintain, and optimize complex data models in PowerBI.
- Utilize PowerBI for advanced visualizations and DAX calculations.
- Perform data exploration and analysis using Snowflake, implementing advanced SQL skills for data transformation and linear regression.
- Leverage Python for data manipulation and visualization, applying libraries such as Seaborn, NumPy, Pandas, MatPlotLib, and techniques in NLP and RegEx.
- Data Pipeline and ETL Processes:
- Design and implement ETL pipelines using tools like Snowpipe, DBT, Stitch, and PowerAutomate.
- Automate data flows and pipelines in PowerBI, ensuring efficient resource handling and reduced data model sizes.
- Apply CI/CD best practices for continuous integration and deployment in data projects.
- Collaboration and Communication:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and deliver comprehensive analytics solutions.
- Develop and present findings, insights, and recommendations to executive teams through PowerPoint and other communication tools.
- Document processes, methodologies, and findings for knowledge sharing and best practice development within the organization.
- Process Improvement:
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within data operations and analytics workflows.
- Utilize Power BI Service, Snowflake and other automation tools for enhancing and automating workflows and data processes.
- Project Management:
- Manage analytics projects from conception to completion, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines.
- Utilize Jira and Confluence for project tracking, documentation, and collaboration.
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a B2B marketing analytics or similar role, with a proven track record of leveraging data for business insights.
- Expertise in PowerBI, including data models, flows, pipelines, DAX, ERD modeling, and advanced visualizations.
- Advanced knowledge of:
- Power BI, DAX and M Query Language
- Snowflake and SQL, including data transformations, window functions, CTEs, and stored procedures
- Analytical programming languages like DAX, SQL, M Query Language, Python ( Seaborn, NumPy, Pandas, MatPlotLib, NLP, RegEx)
- Familiarity with project management and documentation tools (Jira, Confluence).
- Strong skills in executive communication, presentation building, collaboration, team playing, cross-team collaboration, and documentation.
- Exceptional ability in process improvement, automation, and asynchronous communication.
