Role Overview
As a CASA Business Analyst, you will define and validate CASA and GL flows across core banking, lending, and trade platforms, ensuring accounting integrity and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Define CASA workflows and GL posting logic.
- Validate accrual, reversal, and EOD/EOM processing.
- Assess GBASE vs Flexcube responsibilities.
- Define accounting ownership across systems.
- Support fit-gap analysis for CASA/GL.
- Validate data mapping and reconciliation rules.
- Support integration validation with downstream systems.
- Assist in UAT and reconciliation testing.
- Prepare BRDs and functional specs.
- Support cutover accounting readiness.
- Engage with finance and operations teams.
- Support multi-country rollout consistency.
- 10–15 years in CASA/GL and banking accounting.
- Strong understanding of core banking postings.
- Experience with Flexcube or equivalent.
