CCIE Network Engineer

Overview

Job Summary:

We are looking for a CCIE Certified Network Engineer with hands-on expertise in advanced Layer 3 (L3/L3+) networking protocols, network analysis, and solution design. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in both pre-sales and post-sales support, along with a passion for creating high-quality technical documentation and support resources such as videos. This role involves close collaboration with clients and internal teams to design, deploy, and maintain robust and scalable network infrastructure solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide L2/L3 level support for enterprise networking solutions across various platforms.
• Deliver pre-sales consultation including solution design, architecture validation, and RFP/RFI responses.
• Manage post-sales implementation, including configuration, deployment, and performance tuning of network systems.
• Design and implement complex enterprise network architectures with a strong focus on L3/L3+ routing protocols (OSPF, EIGRP, BGP, MPLS, etc.).
• Perform in-depth network analysis, diagnostics, and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance.
• Create technical documentation, network diagrams, and how-to videos for client enablement and knowledge transfer.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product development, support, and sales.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Valid CCIE Certification (Routing & Switching, Enterprise Infrastructure, or equivalent).
• Minimum 5 years of total experience in networking, with at least 2+ years post-CCIE certification.
• Deep understanding of Layer 2 and Layer 3 technologies, protocols, and services.
• Proficiency in Cisco networking gear, firewalls, routers, switches, and wireless infrastructure.
• Strong experience with network design, analysis, and documentation tools.
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
• Ability to create clear and concise technical documentation and training content.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in SD-WAN, ACI, Nexus, or Data Center Technologies preferred.
• Exposure to network automation (Python, Ansible) is a plus.
• Familiarity with cloud networking (AWS, Azure, GCP) preferred but not mandatory.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
