About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Cloud Architect with a strong background in cloud

migrations to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading and

managing the design and migration of enterprise systems and applications to the cloud. This

includes planning, architecting, and executing cloud migrations for complex infrastructure,

software, and business systems. You will work closely with cross-functional teams,

stakeholders, and clients to ensure smooth transitions to the cloud environment.

Responsibilities:

• Cloud Migration Strategy & Planning:

o Lead and drive the end-to-end cloud migration strategy, including developing

and executing detailed plans for infrastructure, data, and application

migration.

o Assess existing IT infrastructure and provide recommendations for cloud

solutions and migration strategies.

o Collaborate with various business and IT stakeholders to ensure alignment

with organizational goals.

• Cloud Architecture Design & Implementation:

o Design and implement scalable, highly available, and secure cloud

architectures (AWS, Azure, GCP) for complex environments.

o Architect and oversee the migration of workloads to public or hybrid cloud

environments.

Employment Type: Full-Time/ Permanent

o Ensure proper cloud security configurations and adherence to best practices

and compliance standards (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA).

• Migration Execution & Optimization:

o Lead migration projects and teams, ensuring that all stages of the migration

process (discovery, planning, execution, testing, and optimization) are

effectively managed.

o Perform cost optimization strategies, ensuring efficient resource allocation

and maximizing cloud utilization.

o Troubleshoot and resolve issues during migration and post-migration phases.

• Cloud Strategy & Governance:

o Develop cloud governance policies and frameworks to ensure the secure and

efficient operation of cloud resources.

o Drive continuous improvement of cloud practices, identifying and

implementing best practices for cloud architecture and operations.

o Evaluate and manage cloud tools, services, and technologies, staying up-to-

date with the latest industry trends.

• Collaboration & Leadership:

o Mentor and provide guidance to junior team members, cloud engineers, and

other technical staff.

o Collaborate with DevOps, engineering, and IT operations teams to streamline

cloud adoption.

o Manage relationships with cloud providers and third-party vendors.

Requirements:

o Proven experience as a Cloud Architect with at least 10 years of experience in

designing and migrating enterprise-level systems to the cloud.

o Strong hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or

Google Cloud Platform.

o In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with cloud migration

strategies, tools, and frameworks (e.g., CloudEndure, AWS Migration Hub,

Azure Migrate).

o Experience with hybrid cloud and multi-cloud environments.

• Technical Skills:

o Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure, networking, security,

databases, and compute services.

o Familiarity with automation tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar.

o Knowledge of containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).

o Expertise in designing cloud-native applications, microservices architectures,

and serverless architectures.

• Certifications:

o Cloud certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions

Architect Expert, Google Cloud Professional Cloud Architect) preferred.

• Soft Skills:

o Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

o Strong problem-solving abilities with a strategic mindset.

o Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment.

o Leadership and mentoring experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in DevOps and CI/CD pipeline design for cloud environments.

• Background in enterprise IT transformations and digital transformations.

• Knowledge of data migration and integration tools.

Job Types: Full-time, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: Up to ₹3,900,000.00 per year
