Cloud Engineer

Overview

• Manage and administer Windows Server operating systems, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
• Install, configure, and maintain server hardware and software components.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to Windows Server, Active Directory, and associated infrastructure.
• Respond to and resolve escalated support tickets in a timely manner.
• Implement and maintain monitoring tools to proactively identify and address potential issues. Conduct performance tuning and optimization activities to ensure system efficiency.
• Plan and execute regular patching and update activities for Windows servers.
• Ensure systems are compliant with security policies and industry best practices.
• Manage and maintain Active Directory infrastructure, including user accounts, group policies, and domain controllers.
• Implement and enforce security policies within the Active Directory environment.
• Implement and manage backup solutions to ensure data integrity and availability. Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date documentation for configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹55,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per year
