Job Summary
We are seeking L2\L3 AD-ad on premise with 3 to 6 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in ADFS Core Infra - Active Directory Identity Creation - AD Design & Implementation of Active Directory and Active Directory Administration. The role requires domain knowledge in Aftermarket & Services and After Sales & Service (Manlog). This is a hybrid work model with day shifts and no travel required. Proficiency in English (Read/Write Speak) is essential.

Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain Active Directory infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and security.
- Implement and configure ADFS to support secure authentication and authorization processes.
- Oversee the creation and management of identities within Active Directory to ensure accurate and secure user access.
- Design and implement Active Directory solutions to meet the needs of the organization.
- Administer Active Directory including user account management group policies and security settings.
- Collaborate with the Aftermarket & Services and After Sales & Service (Manlog) teams to ensure seamless integration of Active Directory services.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Active Directory-related issues.
- Monitor and analyze system performance to identify and resolve potential issues.
- Develop and maintain documentation for Active Directory configurations and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and industry standards for identity and access management.
- Participate in the planning and execution of Active Directory upgrades and migrations.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in Active Directory and identity management.
- Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and timelines.
- Possess strong technical skills in ADFS Core Infra

- Have domain expertise in Aftermarket & Services and After Sales & Service (Manlog).
- Demonstrate proficiency in English (Read/Write Speak).

- Display strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate CompTIA Security+
