Roles and Responsibilities:

• Cloud Infrastructure Management: Manage and maintain the cloud infrastructure on Azure.
• Kubernetes Management: Administer and optimize Kubernetes clusters and ensure high availability.
• Automation: Implement cloud automation using tools like Terraform and Python to streamline infrastructure deployment.
• Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve issues related to cloud infrastructure, applications, and services.
• Deployment & Monitoring: Ensure deployment pipelines are efficient and monitor cloud services using tools like New Relic and Data Dog.
• Database Management: Manage cloud database services (e.g., RDS, NoSQL solutions) for performance, security, and cost optimization.
• Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to support and improve cloud-based solutions and ensure infrastructure reliability.
• Security Compliance: Ensure the security of cloud resources and adhere to best practices for governance and compliance.
• Support & Maintenance: Provide ongoing support and maintenance for cloud-based applications and services.
• Capacity Planning: Monitor cloud usage, performance, and scalability, and suggest improvements for cost efficiency.

Skills Required:

Technical Skills:

• Hands-on experience with Azure as public cloud, observability tools (New Relic, Data Dog, etc.), Kubernetes Administration.
• Strong knowledge of Kubernetes, Linux/Unix, Windows operating systems.
• Proficiency in cloud automation tools like Terraform, Python, etc.
• Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and serverless computing.

Soft Skills:

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Experience:

• 6+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure management or technical support roles.
• Prior experience in managing and supporting mission-critical cloud environments.
• Experience with database services (e.g., RDS, NoSQL solutions) in cloud environments.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field (preferred).
• Cloud certifications (e.g., Azure, K8).
