Core Experience

• End-to-end chatbot journey design – Not just GenAI prompt engineering. Candidates must have experience building complete customer journeys (dialogue flow, fallback handling, escalation points, etc.), not just prototypes.
• Understanding of UX for chatbots – Ability to design frictionless, intuitive, and engaging experiences tailored to different customer intents and channels (web, app, etc.).
• Strong English writing skills – Full proficiency in English is essential. Candidates must be able to write clear, natural-sounding customer-facing copy that aligns with tone of voice and compliance standards.
  
  

Nice-to-Have / Bonus Skills

• Experience working with structured and unstructured intents – Including building and refining intent models using data and customer phrases (e.g. training data analysis, pattern matching, utterance curation).
• Content modularity and reusability – Understanding how to structure content in reusable blocks for scale (especially in LivePerson or similar).
• Analytics / Iteration mindset – Familiarity with using data (containment rate, dropout points, intent misfires) to iterate and improve journeys.
• Versioning and testing tools – Experience using tools like Git, LivePerson Conversational Cloud testing environments, or equivalent.
  
  

Ways of Working

• Agile or sprint-based delivery – Experience working in squads, contributing to sprints or project milestones.
• Collaboration with design, content, and analytics teams – Cross-functional communication is a must.
• Self-sufficient builder – Able to own full flows from brief to build, test, and deploy with minimal supervision.
