Overview
Key Responsibilities
- Deeply understand user journeys to generate data-driven insights and actionable recommendations for product and customer success teams.
- Develop hypotheses, design and run A/B experiments, and identify high-confidence areas of opportunity.
- Define and analyze key product metrics to track customer and product behavior.
- Solve data-related problems and provide insights into customer and product dynamics.
- Build, democratize, and monitor performance metrics regularly to support faster decision-making across teams.
- Present findings effectively to cross-functional teams and leadership.
- Define a clear data vision aligned with business goals and collaborate with functional leaders to bridge data gaps.
- Own the forward-looking data roadmap related to product and customer initiatives.
- Translate business objectives into measurable KPIs and ensure access across the organization.
- Identify operational inefficiencies and support seamless execution of product strategies.
- Contribute to building data models and algorithms for both demand and supply-side optimization.
