An ideal candidate is an Analytics specialist with experience in Marketing Projects.
The SAS Customer Intelligence Customer Experience Team is looking for a Data Analyst to design and maintain analytics and reporting across Customer Experience function for SAS Customer Intelligence 360 SaaS Solution. a business insights system to support decision making in a customer adoption program.
Our team focuses on improving customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention by helping the customers in increasing the value of their investments and driving initiatives that enhance their overall experience.
As a Data Analyst in the Customer Experience Team, you will be responsible for discovering and combining data from various sources and creating analyses to provide insights about customer status, satisfaction, solution usage and adoption. [You will also be devising data collection tools like surveys, questionnaires and building analytics to assess Customer Satisfaction and provide key insights for improvements.]
As a Data Analyst, You Will
- Build automated digital customer health scoring models.
- Analyze onboarding funnels, adoption rates, and behavior patterns.
- Identify churn risks early using digital telemetry.
- Build models predicting activation success and drop‑offs.
- Develop self‑service dashboards and micro‑reports.
- Work with Content Experts to transform the findings into externally sharable insights.
- Ensure all applicable security policies and processes are followed to support the organization’s secure software development goals.

- Bachelor’s degree in data science or computer science, or other quantitative field.
- Minimum three years of relevant experience such as analyzing data and building analytical models.
- Solid understanding of fundamental data concepts (table joins, data deduplication, Boolean logic, if/then logic.
- Proficiency in Python (with libraries like Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow/PyTorch) or SAS for preparation, exploration, analysis and modeling of digital telemetry data.
- Knowledge of SQL to query, manipulate, and manage data from databases is crucial.
- Good experience of developing bespoke reports, dashboards for different user personas
- Experience in using SAS for analysis and modelling
- Experience using relational databases for data management
- Equivalent combination of related education, training and experience may be considered in place of the above qualifications.
- Ability to organize and manage multiple projects
- Ability to relate technical concepts and data analysis to a business audience
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate and work with team members, and key leadership within division
- Basic Knowledge of MarTech domain is beneficial.
