• Develop, customize, and maintain sophisticated Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and other Force.com tools.
• Translate business requirements and user stories into technical realities within an Agile/Scrum framework.
• Master Salesforce configuration, Workflows, Approval Processes, Reports & Dashboards to meet client needs.
• Collaborate closely with fellow developers, QA teams, and clients to ensure high-quality, effective solutions.
• Troubleshoot issues, implement best practices, and continuously expand your Salesforce skillset.
• Communicate clearly and proactively, managing expectations and contributing positively to team dynamics.
  
  

• Core Salesforce Development : 7+ years of hands-on experience with Apex, triggers, Apex APIs, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS and core Salesforce development principles.
• Lighting Web Components (LWC) Expertise : 4+ years of experience building LWC.
• Platform Expertise : Strong configuration and customization skills within Salesforce.
• Project Experience : Proven ability through at least one full Salesforce implementation cycle (experience with 500+ user environments is a plus).
• Agile Mindset : Familiarity and experience working within Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Essential Skills : Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving capabilities, and excellent communication skills.
• Certifications : A minimum of three Salesforce certifications is required.
• Education : Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field or equivalent practical experience.
  
  

• Salesforce Platform Developer II (PD II) certification.
• Salesforce JavaScript Developer certification.
