We are a dynamic IT solutions company supporting clients across the UAE region. Join our Kochi office as a Cybersecurity Engineer/ Sales Consultant and help drive sales by promoting and explaining cybersecurity products and services to our clients, with great growth and learning opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with potential clients to understand their cybersecurity needs
• Present and explain cybersecurity products and solutions (firewalls, endpoint protection, email security, backup & recovery)
• Assist the sales team in demonstrating product value and benefits
• Coordinate with technical teams to ensure smooth delivery and client satisfaction
• Maintain client relationships and provide timely follow-up
• Prepare and deliver sales proposals and presentations

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of cybersecurity products and solutions (firewalls like Fortinet, Sophos, endpoint protection, email security, backup & recovery)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to explain technical concepts in a clear and customer-friendly manner
• Proactive attitude and eagerness to learn sales techniques and cybersecurity domain
• Basic knowledge of IT and cybersecurity concepts
