 About the Role

 We're looking for a Blockchain Data Analyst to join our data infrastructure team. You'll be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and reliability of on-chain data flowing through our pipelines, validating data quality across sources, and translating complex blockchain data into actionable insights. This role offers a clear growth path toward Data Product Owner for candidates who demonstrate ownership and business acumen.

 What You'll Do

 Data Pipeline Validation

 - Validate data accuracy across blockchain ingestion pipelines (source → sink)

 - Define and enforce data quality specifications

 - Identify discrepancies between on-chain state and processed data

 Analytics & Business Intelligence

 - Track KPIs related to protocol activity, user behavior, and network health

 - Translate complex on-chain data into actionable business insights

 - Provide data-driven recommendations to product and engineering teams

 On-Chain Research

 - Trace transaction flows and analyze wallet activity patterns

 - Investigate protocol-level data for anomalies and edge cases

 - Document findings for internal knowledge sharing

 Requirements

 Must Have:

 - 2-4 years of experience in data analysis, preferably with blockchain exposure

 - Strong proficiency in SQL and Python

 - Understanding of blockchain fundamentals (transactions, blocks, addresses, smart contracts)

 - Experience working with large datasets and data quality validation

 - Ability to communicate findings to non-technical stakeholders
