Job Summary:

Rajesh Medical Private Limited is seeking a mid-level Data Analyst with strong SQL skills to join our growing team in Kolkata. The role involves analyzing complex pharmaceutical sales and inventory data to produce actionable insights, support operational decisions, and improve business efficiency in our supply chain and distribution network.

Key Responsibilities:

· Write, test, and optimize complex SQL queries to extract and process data from internal systems.

· Analyze sales, purchase, stock, and claim data to identify trends and performance metrics.

· Design, build, and maintain automated reports and dashboards tailored to business requirements.

· Collaborate with accounts, purchase, and warehouse teams to understand data needs and provide analytical support.

· Cleanse and validate data to ensure accuracy and reliability.

· Document analytical methods, queries, and reporting processes for internal knowledge sharing.

· Support data-driven projects to improve forecasting, scheme analysis, and customer reporting.

Skills & Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.

· 2–4 years of professional experience in data analysis, preferably in pharma, logistics, or FMCG.

· Strong proficiency in SQL and relational databases (e.g., MySQL, SQL Server).

· Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar) is desirable.

· Good understanding of data cleaning, transformation, and reporting best practices.

· Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.

· Ability to communicate insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders.

· Proficiency in Excel; knowledge of Python or R is a plus.

Preferred Experience:

· Previous work in the pharmaceutical or healthcare distribution sector.

· Familiarity with ERP systems used in pharma warehousing and distribution.

· Understanding of sales schemes, claims processes, and stock movement analysis.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,500.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
