Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret complex data sets to provide actionable insights for the business.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and other metrics.
- Utilize LS Salesforce and Managed Market data to support brand analytics and sales strategies.
- Conduct exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify trends patterns and anomalies in the data.
- Implement and manage incentive compensation programs to drive sales performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support Pharma Research & Development initiatives.
- Leverage Dataiku and other data science tools to build and deploy machine learning models.
- Perform ROI calculations to assess the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and other initiatives.
- Use Alteryx for data preparation blending and advanced analytics.
- Apply statistical techniques and R programming to analyze data and generate insights.
- Utilize MS Excel for data manipulation analysis and visualization.
- Write and optimize SQL scripts to extract and manipulate data from various databases.
- Create compelling presentations using MS PowerPoint to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Ensure data quality and integrity by performing regular data audits and validation checks.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in data analytics and machine learning.
- Provide training and support to junior analysts and other team members as needed.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of data analytics processes and methodologies.
- Must have strong experience in LS Salesforce Managed Market Brand Analytics Sales and Marketing and Statistics.
- Should be proficient in KPI-Assessment & Rationalization EDA and Incentive Compensation Management.
- Must have experience in Pharma Research & Development and using Dataiku for data science projects.
- Should have expertise in Machine Learning ROI Calculation and Alteryx.
- Must be skilled in Retail
- Demand Forecasting R Statistical Package MS Excel Python SQL Scripting and MS PowerPoint.
- Nice to have experience in additional data visualization tools and techniques.
