Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Senior Analyst with a minimum of 3 years of experience in data analysis, specifically within the marketing domain. The ideal candidate will have exceptional SQL and MS Excel skills, a solid understanding of Tableau for data visualization, and be well-versed in marketing terminologies and strategies. Experience in the gaming industry is a significant advantage.

Key Responsibilities :

Data Analysis and Reporting:

• Analyse marketing campaigns, customer behaviour, and market trends to derive actionable insights.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance metrics using tools like Tableau.
• Perform data cleaning, extraction, and transformation using SQL and Excel to ensure accuracy in reporting.
• Provide recommendations to optimize campaign performance based on data-driven insights.
• Assist in forecasting and budgeting by providing data-backed projections.

Collaboration and Communication:

• Collaborate with marketing, product, and other teams to align data insights with business objectives.
• Communicate findings effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Gaming Industry Focus (Preferred):

• Analyse user acquisition, engagement, and retention metrics specific to gaming products.
• Provide insights to enhance player experience and maximize revenue generation.

Qualifications and Skills :

• Minimum 1 years of proven experience in data analysis, preferably within marketing.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL for querying and managing databases.
• Expertise in MS Excel, including advanced functions, pivot tables, and data visualization.
• Working knowledge of Tableau for creating interactive dashboards.
• Understanding of marketing concepts, metrics, and strategies.
• Strong problem-solving skills and analytical capability, and high levels of intellectual curiosity
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.
• Experience with additional BI tools or programming languages like Python is a plus.
