We are seeking a skilled and proactive Data Analyst to join our consulting office in Odisha, India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and interpreting complex data to support strategic decision-making. You will play a key role in driving data-driven insights and building efficient, scalable data solutions for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Data Collection & Integration:

Collect, compile, and manage data from multiple internal and external sources, ensuring high levels of data integrity.

• Data Cleaning & Validation:

Clean and validate data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness for effective analysis.

• Data Analysis & Interpretation:

Analyze large and complex datasets using statistical and computational techniques to derive actionable insights.

• Financial Modeling:

Build and maintain financial models to assess scenarios, forecasts, and performance metrics.

• Data Visualization & Reporting:

Create clear and compelling dashboards and reports using tools such as Power BI, Excel, or similar, to present insights to stakeholders.

• Business Collaboration:

Work closely with internal teams and clients to understand business goals, define data requirements, and deliver tailored analytical solutions.

• Ad-hoc Analysis:

Perform exploratory data analysis and support one-time or short-term analytical requests as needed.

• Database Management:

Maintain and update databases, ensuring efficient data storage and retrieval processes.

• Trend Identification:

Detect trends, patterns, and correlations in data that can support business growth and process optimization.

• Continuous Improvement:

Stay updated on the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in data analytics, and recommend innovations to improve performance.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience (1-2years preferred) in data analysis, preferably in a consulting or business analytics environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, and macros.
• Experience with Power BI and Python (or similar tools such as R, SQL, Tableau, etc.).
• Strong understanding of financial concepts and experience in financial modeling.
• Excellent data visualization and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
